Meelick-Eyrecourt GAA
The club contested the first all-Ireland hurling final in 1887 and the Intermediate hurlers reached the County Final in 2022.

Eyrecourt Camogie Club
Founded in 1986, Eyreourt Camogie Club's teams range from U6 to Senior. The Senior team were 2017 County Senior B Camogie Champions.

Meelick-Eyrecourt Kayak Club
Founded in 2016 the Kayak Club is based at Meelick Weir and Quay. It is a non-profit club run by volunteers who also train beginners each year and run the award winning River Fest.
Eyrecourt Karate Club
Established in Eyrecourt in 1998, now Dojo Karate Classes are held weekly in the Community Hall in Eyrecourt.

Active Retirement Association - Eyrecourt/Meelick/Clonfert
